Kristen Mandala is back! Kristen is a passionate environmentalist focused on the power of reconnecting with nature through simple daily action. Whether it’s through slow fashion, eating your greens, or simply spending more time outside, Kristen believes that the more we work to heal the Earth, the more it heals us. She currently lives and works in Toronto, Canada as a public speaker and social media manager for environmental organizations.

Kristen was one of my early guests on the podcast in 2020 and in this episode, we talk about how our feelings about veganism, sustainability, and mindfulness and drastically evolved in the last few years.
